Shipping Policy - From the time your order is placed, it will take 2-4 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We typically DO NOT ship orders on the same day. Ex: (If you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Wednesday, or Thursday).
You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships.
Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open.
RETURNS - STUNIII, like many fragrance companies and distributors, does not accept refunds or exchanges. This is because once a fragrance is shipped to a customer, we cannot guarantee that it has not been used or tampered with. Therefore, it cannot be resold by STUNIII. We stand behind the unsurpassed quality of our ingredients and due to the highly subjective nature of smell, we cannot offer exchanges or refund for fragrances that you dislike. If a fragrance you purchased is not to your style or your liking, we suggest reselling it on platforms such as Facebook fragrance groups where there is a market for such resales.
